NuSun Realty was created to give international buyers a clearer and more informed way to purchase property on the Costa del Sol.

Buying abroad can become complicated quickly. Different agencies promote different listings, developers naturally focus on their own projects, locations can look very different online than they feel in person, and buyers are often trying to understand costs, financing and the purchase process at the same time.
